Hiitola is an audiovisual world where mysterious hiisi creatures take over a container in the Lasipalatsi square in Helsinki. Each hiisi was animated by children in a workshop where the participants used a custom-made stop-motion software to build their creature from everyday objects and materials.
Hiitola was part of the Aave festival in 2014.
